We want you to be confident in your equipment right from the start. That's why we offer you the opportunity to test Rafter products in real work for 30 days. If the product doesn't seem right, you can return it and get your money back.

You can return the product within 30 days of your order, even if you have already used it at work. To receive a refund, the product must be:

- Intact and in working order

- Clean (e.g. no urethane, glue or paint stains)

- In good condition , so that it can be resold, for example as a discounted or otherwise used product.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is damaged, dirty or unusable.

Return costs

We are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returns within Finland. If you are outside of Finland, we will handle this on a case by case basis.

Getting a refund

Send us pictures of the product and we will make a preliminary assessment based on them. If the product is in acceptable condition, we can proceed with shipping the package.

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you by email that your refund has been approved. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.

Rafter equipment is built to withstand heavy use and demanding conditions. That's why all our products come with a two-year warranty , covering manufacturing defects such as:
– broken stitches
– loose rivets
– other structural defects in normal use

Our warranty does not cover:
– misuse or careless storage
– damage caused by sharp tools (e.g. saw, knife, chisel)
– paint, glue, urethane or other kinds of residue

If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new or equivalent product.
