Refund policy

We want you to be able to trust your gear from day one. That’s why we offer you the chance to test Rafter products in real work for 30 days. If the product doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can return it and get your money back.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return the product within 30 days of your order, even if you’ve already used it on the job. To receive a refund, the product must be: 

- Undamaged and fully functional

- Clean (for example, no urethane, glue, or paint stains)

- In good, sellable condition, so it can be resold—for example as a discounted item or as a used product.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is damaged, dirty, or unusable.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs outside of Finland. We recommend using a shipment with a tracking number.

Receiving Your Refund

Send us photos of the product and we’ll make an initial assessment based on them. If the product is in acceptable condition, we’ll proceed with the return shipment.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email that your refund has been approved. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
