Rafter Toolbelts

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to orders and purchases made through the Rafter Toolbelts (hereinafter the “Service Provider”) online store. By using the website or ordering products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT 25.5%), unless otherwise stated. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices and the product selection. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee they are completely error-free.

3. Ordering

An order becomes binding once the customer has received an order confirmation by email. The Service Provider reserves the right not to accept an order, for example due to the product being out of stock or incorrect information.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through the payment services provided by the online store. We accept the most common payment methods, such as payment cards and online bank payments.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made within Finland and to selected other countries. Delivery time is normally 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated. Customized products may require a longer delivery time. A more specific estimate will be provided in the order confirmation or separately by email.

6. Right of Return

Consumer customers have a 30-day right of return from receiving the order (excluding made-to-measure products). The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs unless the product is incorrect or defective.

Note: Made-to-measure and customized products have no right of return unless the product is defective.

7. Warranty and Complaints

 

2-Year Manufacturing and Materials Warranty

All Rafter products are designed for heavy use. Therefore, we grant a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use. If something breaks within the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the product.

The warranty does not cover:

 

  • Misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications made by third parties

  • Damage caused, for example, by sharp blades, cutting/sawing, or hot/burning materials

 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can test the product with peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund. The returned product must be in neat condition. The satisfaction guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Rafter or an authorized reseller.

Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted by email to info@raftertoolbelts.fi as soon as possible after the defect is discovered, and no later than within 30 days. Please include:

- Order number

- Photo of the defect

- Brief description of the issue

 

For approved warranty claims, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or refunded on a case-by-case basis. Returns are always agreed in advance.

‼️ Definitions

A complaint means a customer’s notification of a manufacturing or material defect in the product.

A satisfaction guarantee means the customer’s right to return the product within 30 days without a specific reason, if the customer is not satisfied with the product’s quality or functionality.


8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, technical faults, or interruptions in the use of the online store. Our liability is always limited to the value of the order.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Customer data is handled confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without consent or as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website—such as images, texts, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Rafter Toolbelts or its partners. Copying, modifying, or commercially exploiting the content without permission is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled in the District Court of Central Finland.
