Delivery Areas

We currently ship orders to Finland and selected European countries. If you would like to order products outside Finland, please contact our customer service:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.

Delivery time within Finland is typically 2–5 business days from dispatch. To other countries shipping times may vary.

Note: Temporary delays may occur during campaigns or peak seasons. We will clearly inform you of any delays on our website or by email.

Shipping Method

We currently ship via Posti. This allows us to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged in transit or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and, if necessary, send a replacement product or refund your payment.
